1. Early Bird Discount: Available only if the delegate registration and booking are completed by 31st August 2026.
2. Delegate Participation Contribution Includes: Access to all technical sessions, exhibition entry, conference kit, lunch, dinner, refreshments, and other event benefits.
3. TDS: Not applicable at the time of payment.
4. ECMA is a non-profit organisation. Therefore, all payments made to ECMA are treated as contributions towards the respective conference activities, for which ECMA issues official receipts. Hence, ECMA will not issue any Proforma Invoice.
5. TDS does not apply at the time of payment.
6. ECMA being a non-profit organisation, all contributions given for various items of the conference will attract a rebate on Income Tax 50% as per IT Act 80G, as applicable.
7. All payments to ECMA shall be made without TDS through Cheque/Demand Draft/NEFT/RTGS. Cheques/Demand Drafts shall be drawn in favour of "Emission Controls Manufacturers Association", payable in New Delhi.
